I Am Found In You

For the Lord Himself will come down from Heaven with a commanding shout, with the call of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, all the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. Then, we who remain will be caught up, to meet the Lord in the air. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
Can you hear the trumpet calling? Oh, soon and very soon dear Lord!
I don't know about your week, but as far as I'm concerned, I'm ready to hear that trumpet call anytime now.
I'm not very old. Some would say I'm not even middle aged yet. I do know this, however, I have reached an age, or maybe society has reached a point, where I'm ready for Heaven today! I don't need advance warning any longer. Jesus can come now to carry me home. I'm quite ready for my eternity to begin.
Oh, now don't misunderstand. I recognize that there is much work to be done here on Earth. I know my family needs me, and that there is a lost world who still needs to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. I realize that God's timing is perfect, and just as the fullness of time brought forth His Son to the stable in Bethlehem, so shall it return Him to Earth as the Judge.
I'm willing to wait for God's plan to be completely revealed. I know I can't (and wouldn't want to) rush God. He will surely come for me when He is ready, but I just want Him to know, and you for that matter, that if He should by chance want to come today....that would be okay with me.
I know whom is my Redeemer....and I am fully ready to meet Him face to face! Even so, come Lord Jesus!
