I may not see in front of me, But I can see for miles around when I look over my shoulder, and Lord, it`s clear. You`ve brought me here, So faithful every step of the way. What can I do but follow you, For You are the Way, the Truth, the Life, And You`ve promised never to leave me, My Savior, my friend, From beginning to end.

I Am Found In You by Steven Curtis Chapman
THE END
By: Ron Edmondson Thursday, September 04, 1997
Amen. Revelation 22:21b

Amen: So be it! The last word of the Bible means "so be it". That is because every word in the Bible is absolutely, positively true. Every word of prophecy, every prediction has or will come true; just as it is written. The Bible is the full word of God. Nothing needs to be added or taken away. After all that had been written, by the inspiration of God, what better final word to God's Holy word, than amen?

Now, turn in your Bible to Malachi 4:6. Go ahead, the excercise will do you good. Malachi, as you know, is the last chapter of the Old Testament. What is the last word? Well, its not amen. Praise God for that! The last word of the Old Testament is not the same as the last word of the New Testament.

At the end of the Old Testament, God didn't say "so be it". The story wasn't finished. Jesus had not yet died on the cross. Salvation for you and I had not been determined. The days of grace had not begun. Without the New Testament, you and I would have remained lost. We needed a Saviour. We needed Jesus!

Do you need Jesus today? You do? Well AMEN! So be it!

The good news is He has made Himself available. Amen! Call on Him today!

Tell your friends about this ministry. Why not forward a copy of the email to those you think might benefit from reading a Mustard Seed? Some churches use it as a supplement to their discipleship program. Perhaps your church would be interested in doing this. All I ask is that credit be given to the ministry.
