I may not see in front of me, But I can see for miles around when I look over my shoulder, and Lord, it`s clear. You`ve brought me here, So faithful every step of the way. What can I do but follow you, For You are the Way, the Truth, the Life, And You`ve promised never to leave me, My Savior, my friend, From beginning to end.
I Am Found In You

Make your motions and cast your votes, but God has the final say. Proverbs 16:33 MSG
Another version says it like this, “Roll the dice, but God determines their numbers.”
If you and I could ever understand that God has the final word, I suspect it might take some of the pressure off of life and actually help us make better decisions.
I have sat with couples in trouble and heard one of them say, “It doesn’t matter what we decide here, because he (or she) is going to do what he (or she) wants to do anyway.” Perhaps you’ve said or thought that about someone in your life. That’s said in frustration, but the reality is that the person may try to do what they want to do, but there is always someone who can stop them. His name is GOD! (Granted God many times allows one party to make a bad decision in a relationship, but God can, if He chooses, alter the situation.)
If you are in a desperate situation will you pay close attention? Don’t consider the subject closed until you’ve heard the final word. God has that! And, I can promise you this, in the end, when everything has been settled, when this world is no more, we will all be able to look back and see that not only did God have the final word, but what He had to say was best in the end.

Tell your friends about this ministry. Why not forward a copy of the email to those you think might benefit from reading a Mustard Seed? Some churches use it as a supplement to their discipleship program. Perhaps your church would be interested in doing this. All I ask is that credit be given to the ministry.
