I may not see in front of me, But I can see for miles around when I look over my shoulder, and Lord, it`s clear. You`ve brought me here, So faithful every step of the way. What can I do but follow you, For You are the Way, the Truth, the Life, And You`ve promised never to leave me, My Savior, my friend, From beginning to end.
I Am Found In You

I always thank my God as I remember you in my prayers, because I hear about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints. Philemon 4-5 NIV
Philemon had matured. He had become an active, vibrant member of the Christian community. At one time, Philemon was just a slave owner. He met Paul, and through his witness, he became a disciple of Christ. Paul, who was in the business of evangelism, delighted in what he saw in Philemon. Each time he thought of Philemon, Paul said a prayer of thanksgiving.
That is what happens when I think of you; the readers of Mustard Seed Thoughts. I don't often take time to thank you, but I do want you to know that the reason I continue to write each day, is because I know you are out there. Mustard Seeds goes into thousands of homes each day, either by email or through the web site. That is a lot of people for whom to be thankful. God bless you.
May I ask you something? For whom are you thankful? Do you voice that thanks to God? Who, if they weren't in your life, would make life less desirable for you? A co-worker? A friend? A loved one? A spouse? A child? A pastor? Who just literally "makes your day"? Have you thanked God for them lately?
And, more importantly, have you told them how much they mean to you? If they were gone tomorrow would you be sorry you haven't told them how grateful you are to have them in your life? Take a few moments today to send a note, make a call, or go see someone who has made a real difference in your life.
It will "make their day" and yours too!
