What a great verse to start off a Monday! May it be true in your life today!
Really, if you think about it, isn't that a blessing God intends for His people to have? Didn't we just celebrate Easter? Didn't He come so that you and I, the ones who have been purified by the blood of His Son, might receive more and more of God's mercy, peace, and love?
Wasn't that what the Cross was all about? You and I were eternally seperated from our Creator God. We were lost in our sin, incapable of ever reaching a Holy God. Then, just as if we never sinned, God accepted Jesus as the perfect sacrifice; redemption had come; penalty PAID IN FULL!
God in His perfect fullness took us in our incompleteness and made us right with Him! He cast out His Son, so He might pour out to us His mercy, peace and love!
Go ahead, receive it! God intended for you to have it! God's mercy, peace and love is available to you today!
That makes even a Monday look good!
