Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. Matthew 16:24 NKJV
“If anyone”.... That’s a great opening to any offer. It means it is available to everyone. There is a song we play on the radio sometimes that says, “I’m just a nobody; trying to tell everybody; about Somebody; who can save anybody!” Then there's a verse of Scripture which says, “Whosoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” The Gospel is a gospel of grace available to anyone who will surrender their life for Christ’s life.
Do you know of someone, that as far as you can tell, has never made a decision to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior? Did you know the Gospel is for them too? Is there someone you have just about given up on the prospect of them receiving Christ? Did you know God is patient, not wanting anyone to perish?
Why not be a nobody who tells everybody about Somebody who can save anybody? Why not start today with a goal of sharing Christ with as many people as you can this year? Start with this simple truth: “Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so.” Then tell them what Jesus has done for you!
