There, I said it! I tried to keep it a secret, although I really don't know why. You now know the hidden motive of my heart: I want you to be enlightened. I want you to know the hope unto which you were called, and that will require you being enlightened.
You see, this hope, the one you receive when Jesus is your personal Lord and Saviour, is a hope that the world, even you sometimes, cannot fully comprehend. It is a hope that surpasses all trials of life. It is a hope that is bigger than any excitement this world has so far offered you. It's a hope that is eternal! It is a hope that will never let you down!
I hope I haven't gotten too personal with you today! But, this really is among my deepest desires. You will never know the joy of your salvation until God enlightens you to the hope into which you were called! When you've got Jesus, you've got it all!
