I may not see in front of me, But I can see for miles around when I look over my shoulder, and Lord, it`s clear. You`ve brought me here, So faithful every step of the way. What can I do but follow you, For You are the Way, the Truth, the Life, And You`ve promised never to leave me, My Savior, my friend, From beginning to end.

I Am Found In You by Steven Curtis Chapman
I Want to Hold Your Hand
By: Ron Edmondson Monday, August 25, 1997
For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Isaiah 41:13

"Mommy, come quickly. I'm afraid." "Daddy, is anything under the bed." "What was that noise?" "Is it going to storm, Daddy?"

Ah! The familiar sounds of the children around my house. I am Daddy and one of my roles is to provide comfort and protection. I'm here to say, "everything will be alright"; "it's okay, Daddy is here"; or "don't be afraid, Daddy will take care of you".

Are you to old to need that kind of reassurance? Have the troubles and the fears of life gone away? If you are like me, they have only increased with time. You and I need someone who can take away some of the fears of life.

Praise God, He is available! He is always near, ready to help us. He will hold us tight with His outstretched hand. The same hand that forms each cloud and sets the stars in place is the same hand that will comfort and protect you.

Is there anything for which you could use Him today? Grab His hand... ...and hold on tight.

Tell your friends about this ministry. Why not forward a copy of the email to those you think might benefit from reading a Mustard Seed? Some churches use it as a supplement to their discipleship program. Perhaps your church would be interested in doing this. All I ask is that credit be given to the ministry.
