I Am Found In You

He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
"OH NO, WE'RE GONNA DIE!" "SOMEONE, ANYONE!" "WHERE'S JESUS?" "JESUS, HOW CAN YOU SLEEP?" "GET UP JESUS!" "SAVE US!" "COME QUICKLY, OR WE'LL ALL DROWN!" "HELP US!" "HURRY!" "NOW JESUS, NOW!"
Jesus got up, told the winds and the rain He created to be still, and then, I suspect, went back to finish His nap. The disciples said, "Cool, (that's pronounced coo ul), even the winds and rain obey Him!"
Do you find that the disciples were funny sometimes? Here they were in the presence of the Creator of the world, the one who designed the chemical makeup of the water we call rain, and they were afraid. Can you imagine? Jesus was right there? Do you ever want to say, "Get a grip guys! Jesus is right there with you. How can you be afraid of anything? I can tell you if I had Jesus with me, right there in that boat, I wouldn't be afraid."
Then I remember.....Jesus said, "surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Why am I ever afraid of the storms of life? Jesus has contol. He is right here with me. He will never leave me nor forsake me. I can trust Him completely.....You can too!
Get a grip today guys! Get a grip on Jesus...and never let go!
