Then Nathanael declared, "Rabbi, You are the Son of God; You are the King of Israel." John 1:49 NIV
There is no greater discovery in life than discovering that God is God. Men are still trying to figure out the planet Mars, with new discoveries just this year, but even if they had every answer about that planet and all the others, man would still continue searching. That’s because planted deep within the desires of every man is a strong inner craving to know their Creator.
God designed mankind with a thirst for unconditional love. That love can be satisfied only by the One who can truly give unconditional love; the One who is love. Mankind is designed desiring knowledge of something greater. That greater knowledge can only be found in the knowledge of the Architect and Designer of mankind.
Dear friend, until you and I come to the knowledge and realization that God is God we will continue to have more questions than we have answers. We can never solve all the mysteries of life apart from the revealed person of Jesus Christ.
When Nathanael found the Son of God, he had found the answer his heart had longed for all his life. Our answer is found in the same Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ. What ever answer you are seeking; seek it from God the Father, in and through His Son, Jesus Christ.
