I may not see in front of me, But I can see for miles around when I look over my shoulder, and Lord, it`s clear. You`ve brought me here, So faithful every step of the way. What can I do but follow you, For You are the Way, the Truth, the Life, And You`ve promised never to leave me, My Savior, my friend, From beginning to end.

I Am Found In You by Steven Curtis Chapman
dem bones, dem bones
By: Ron Edmondson Monday, January 26, 1998
A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones. Proverbs 15:30 NIV

It's Monday again! Is the glass half empty or half full? How are you going to start your week? Will this be a good, productive week, or one you wish would have never come?

Let's do something together! You might call it "a little experiment" or an "exercise". This week, let's make a difference in the lives of those around us. Chances are that if you don't like Monday's, your co-workers don't either. How about working to make the week better for them?

I know, it won't be easy, especially with oh what's his name, but on Friday, you'll be pleased with the results. You smile, I'll smile, we'll all smile. Someone says one thing negative, you and I will say two things positive. Someone is harsh, difficult, lazy, low-down, good for nothing, hateful (okay...you get the idea), you be gentle, kind, forgiving, hard-working, easy to get along with, loving, cheerful...(do you get the opposite idea too?).

We could call it "Make a Difference Week". We could print buttons that say "smile, God loves you". We could giggle a lot. We could invite someone to lunch. We could simply be different than displaying the Monday blues.

Are you with me? Let me know how it goes!

Tell your friends about this ministry. Why not forward a copy of the email to those you think might benefit from reading a Mustard Seed? Some churches use it as a supplement to their discipleship program. Perhaps your church would be interested in doing this. All I ask is that credit be given to the ministry.
