I may not see in front of me, But I can see for miles around when I look over my shoulder, and Lord, it`s clear. You`ve brought me here, So faithful every step of the way. What can I do but follow you, For You are the Way, the Truth, the Life, And You`ve promised never to leave me, My Savior, my friend, From beginning to end.
I Am Found In You

We live by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7
The world lives by sight, doesn't it? "Show me a pretty face, and I'll show you a million bucks."
"Show ME the money." "Either put up or shut up."
"Show me what you're made of."
"Let me see for myself."
Ever heard any comments like that? Isn't that our society today? If you can't prove it, then it isn't real.
In God's kingdom, faith is the essential part of what we believe. In fact, sight, or seeing the outcome, is actually the opposite of faith. Faith is believing; being sure of something without the benefit of seeing it first. It is kind of like knowing you will love your child, before he is born. That takes faith. If you could see it, then it wouldn't be faith.
Faith is not in what we have. For instance, a person might find confidence in their bank accounts or the job they have, but faith is much different than that. Faith is in a PERSON. Faith is in the person of God. Faith is believing that God is who He claims to be and will do what He has promised to do.
Today, maybe you need to renew your faith. Perhaps you can't SEE how God will bring you through the trials in your life. It doesn't make sense to trust in something (really Someone) you can't touch or feel. But, then again, that is what faith is all about; trusting, blindly, without reservation, simply trusting in the God who created you.
God said with faith the size of a "mustard seed" you could move mountains. Wow! How is your faith in the unseen things today?
And are there any mountains in your way?

Tell your friends about this ministry. Why not forward a copy of the email to those you think might benefit from reading a Mustard Seed? Some churches use it as a supplement to their discipleship program. Perhaps your church would be interested in doing this. All I ask is that credit be given to the ministry.
