I may not see in front of me, But I can see for miles around when I look over my shoulder, and Lord, it`s clear. You`ve brought me here, So faithful every step of the way. What can I do but follow you, For You are the Way, the Truth, the Life, And You`ve promised never to leave me, My Savior, my friend, From beginning to end.

Email Use Policy
The Who, What, When and How of ChristWeb's Email Use Info
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it, and that includes the use of email your address.

For ChristWeb to be good stewards of our email addresses, we have implemented several protection points to ensure that every email is delivered, and delivered to only those who want to receive it. While many people don’t care about the details of how this works, we feel it is important to make it available for those people who want know.

Address Collection

ChristWeb never buys lists of addresses to send emails. For us, it’s not the quantity of emails we send; it is that every email is from someone who specifically indicated they want to receive it. To receive any of ChristWeb’s devotionals, articles, or newsletters, someone must use the Validation Email processes to ensure ownership/access to an email account before they are added. Even then, this addition is a preference in ChristWeb’s MyAccount which can be updated at anytime.

Email Tracking

ChristWeb values both your email service provider and our service provider. Every email send from ChristWeb includes very basic tracking information. This basic tracking information let’s us know your are getting the email, and opening them. While some people may feel this to be intrusive, it is simply good email management. If we are sending your email and it keeps bouncing (failure to deliver), then we need to stop. If we are sending you emails and you’re not reading them, then it’s wasting both your time, and our resources.

We constantly evaluate delivery attempts, email bounce-backs, email open notification, and click-through’s to our Web site. This internally developed, automated evaluation process allows ChristWeb to keep our email list “bad email address” free.

Information Sharing

ChristWeb does not share, sell, or give away any email addresses, in aggregate or singularly. We simply don’t give out your address. We believe you shared your email address with use for a specific reason. That is the guiding principle.

Email Self-Management

ChristWeb’s MyAccount allows you to control what you see and get from ChristWeb. We know you don’t want to get email you didn’t ask for, therefore we allow you to say what you want, and don’t want to get from ChristWeb.

Thank you taking the time to read our Email Use Policy. If you still have concerns about ChristWeb’s use of your email address, you may contact us by using the Contact Us page.
